I thought the hotel is really nice and in a great location. But I must say for a 4 star and for the price you pay, the service isn't great at all. Not sure if this is Switzerland generally or this hotel in particular. But i really thought it was over priced and they weren't well equipped and not up-to scratch with the standard. . eg: we asked for a 3rd bed in the room and we were given one of those foldable ones! Really not 4* quality!
