Kippilaw House is an eco friendly Victorian style new villa,constructed in 2007 by local craftsmen. We are ex professional Hoteliers providing exceptional 24hr hospitality service. Two private spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, electric blankets, private bathrooms, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge and small library. The rooms are perfect for those with disability easy access. A private guest lounge is available on this ground level, cabel T V, DVD, wireless. leather lounge suite and antique furniture. Upstairs The Picton View Suite with large bedroom and private bathroom.2 lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, extra-king size bed, electric blanket, tea and coffee facilities and bar fridge. A seperate quiet room is included with roll-away sofa bed ideal for children or another couple. Cabel TV,DVD, library and views over Picton Marina and bush. Cooked gourmet breakfasts included.
