The Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club is a 5 star inn near Santa Cruz, Madeira Island. It is located on the road to Madeira Airport, around 5 minutes' walk away from the centre of Santa Cruz. Two top golf courses are also nearby, the Santo da Serra Golf Course, which hosts the annual Madeira Island Open, and the Palheiro Golf Club are just a short drive away from the inn. The perfect destination for a relaxing Madeira holiday, the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club is a traditional Portuguese quinta, or farmhouse, which has been converted into a luxury inn. Looking out over Santa Cruz Bay and a lovely stretch of private seafront, this is an ideal starting point for walks around the Madeira levadas (mountain paths), although there is also a large exotic garden which you can explore. This is also a great place for a swim in the Atlantic Ocean's clean waters, as you can take the steps which lead down from the Albatroz Inn directly to the sea. Guests at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club Inn can also swim in 2 seawater swimming pools located right next to the ocean, or in a freshwater pool. As well as swimming, you can enjoy a game of tennis on the inn's artificial grass tennis court. With so much fresh air and exercise, you will also work up a healthy appetite, giving you the ideal excuse to treat yourself to a delicious meal at the inn's restaurant.
