This family-owned resort on 90 acres along the East River dates from the 1893. It's across the road from where the East River runs into the Taylor River and is 19.8 miles from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
The 15 free-standing log cabins all have private bathrooms. Most of them are riverfront and have kitchenettes or full kitchens. Some have sitting areas as well. There are also 5 vacation homes with features like separate living rooms, multiple bedrooms and fireplaces.
The on-site restaurant and lounge are open for 3 meals a day and have a game room. Fishing, rafting, hiking and biking can all be done directly from the resort.
