This self contained apartment offers superb facilities in a well maintained area of Spain ideally situated approximately five minutes drive from La Zenia beach and close to three golf courses. Large swimming pool with landscaped gardens 10 minutes walk to Villamartin Plaza and 10 minutes drive to Campamor beach. The apartment has 1 bedroom with air conditioning unit flat screen TV sky and DVD player with a selection of films. Bedding and towels provided sun loungers beach towels and umbrellas are also available in the apartment for the guests convenience. There is a sofa bed located in the lounge area which could be utilized for a family with children. Located next door there is an additional 1 bedroom apartment this could be used for extended families or couples who require extra space.
