Built in 1922 by a local farmer and politician, this historic log residence on the shores of Shuswap Lake is now a cozy seasonal B&B.
The 3 colourful shabby-chic rooms are furnished with period furniture and family heirlooms and have wood floors, high ceilings and views of the lake or woods; 1 has an en suite bathroom with a river rock floor, while the other 2 share. All include free WiFi.
Breakfast can be served on an enclosed porch or the outside patio. There's also an artist's studio, a living room with a fireplace, and a library with a desk, a minifridge and reading materials. A walking trail on the property leads down to the lake.
