This XVII century building is situated in the so called Green Spain, in the North, with a mild climate due to its proximity to the Cantabrian Sea. Casa do Merlo is situated in the in the region Galicia, in the province Lugo. It is 500 m away from the sea, and next to the beautiful Cathedrals beach, famous for its amazing arcs and caves sculpted by the action of wind and waves. All of the beaches in this zone are awarded with EU blue flag, because of their water, sand, accessibility, etc. It has got a capacity of 29 persons. With 10 Rooms: 5 doubles, 3 triples and 1 quadruple apart from four diferent relax areas in the ground floor. It also has a garden, a porch and a terrace surrounded by our bonsai collectionAll of the rooms have beautiful views. They have full equiped bathroom, heating, colonial solid wood furniture, wood floor and ceiling, solid stone walls and many details. All of the rooms are fitted with free wi-fi internet connection, too.pBesides, you can take delight in our restaurant (separated from the hotel and located in our windowed dinning room) with our first quality products menus. Rice, wood oven cooked roasts, seafood, fresh fish, ox meat, etc. Our region is ideal for playing many outdoor sports, water sports, etc. As well, it has lots of paths for walking and hiking to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and local villages of the area, plenty of historic buildings, churches, museums, etc. Ribadeo, Viveiro, Mondonedo, Lorenzana, Sargadelos.
