Set in an Edwardian townhouse, this family-run bed-and-breakfast is a 5-minute walk from Collington train station and a 14-minute walk from the seafront and the De La Warr Pavilion.
The 6 basic rooms have traditional furnishings and decor, and come with free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. All have en suite bathrooms, and some feature garden and/or sea views. The family suite adds an extra bedroom and a lounge with a panoramic sea view.
Continental or cooked breakfast is served in the conservatory dining room, or in the garden in warmer months.
