Kris' - Guesthouse is located in the 'heart of Berat' in one of the oldest town's history in Balkans. The house belongs to XVII-XVIII century and it is situated between many Byzantine churches and very close to the Archaeological Museum. The positioning of the house, is an advantage not only for its proximity to the major sites and churches to be visited in the castle but also for the environment and relaxing surrounding panoramas. In the North and East the house is bordered by typical castle buildings in continuity and in Western and Southern part by the magnificent nature, pine fields. With a plain and so familiar garden within the walls of the house, the environment is expanded further in nature by offering opportunities for: Picnic in the nearby fields, cycling, amateur football, walking or enjoying a coffee while you are feeling the breeze which comes from the pine trees and listening to nature and birds sounds.Till its beginnings since 2005, Guesthouse offers a relaxing and very friendly habitat not only by the staff but also by the surrounding panorama . A special care and attention is given to accommodation and service, for all our guests.
'Kris' - Guesthouse, is a two floor building. On the first floor which is half underground is located a room. Restaurated recently with all necessary conditions for accommodation of a standard family (or three persons).This "House Inside The House" includes a mini-salon with a fire-place and expanded further with a room which contains a double and a single bed.There is also space for a portable single bed. On the second floor, an entrance is organized with two rooms with capacity for three people each (with one double and single bed) but also with plain of space for a portable bed if it is required too, with a common toilet. Between the two rooms it is also a salon with sufficient area for a pleasant conversation among members that can be accommodated. Salon serves as a small museum with old traditional family objects which are part of their culture and not only. Another entrance to the second floor is furnished with two bunk beds (capacity 4 persons) but the space of the room allows a portable bed to be placed in case of customer requirements without compromising their comfort. This entry has the toilet separated from other rooms. This part of the house has also a reading room inside consisting of a table and a reading lamp.
