High Fold is surrounded by typical Lake District scenery of lush green valleys, becks (streams), hills and mountain peaks. The house overlooks the Troutbeck valley and Applethwaite to the East. Its rural location makes it particularly popular with walkers and cyclists - or those who simply wish to 'get away from it all' and sample peace and tranquillity in beautiful surroundings.
