Overlooking Flamingo Island on Majali Beach, this down-to-earth, alcohol-free resort is 5 km from Sadashivgad Fort and 9 km from the Karwar Marine Aquarium.
Facing the sea, 6 rustic cottages have porches and en suite bathrooms, as well as fans and fridges. Treehouses, built 4 m off the ground, offer balconies and net-covered windows; most have sea views. No-frills hotel rooms have ceiling fans. A wood house provides antique furnishings.
