A idyllic countryside property providing good value accommodation with a home from home feel. Perfect for romantic weekends, with guests being treated as family or guests looking to explore the Ayrshire countryside or visit Glasgow. Basic amenities are available in the rooms, including TV's. Some of the rooms offer views across the hotel's gardens and rolling Ayrshire countryside. Resting in beautiful countryside in the Scottish heartland of Ayrshire, situated 3 minutes from Glasgow Prestwick International Airport, Muirhouse Lodge Hotel is also perfectly situated as a base for you to go out and explore Ayrshire and Scotland further, with all the major road links less than 1 mile away. Glasgow city centre can be reached in less than 30 minutes. There is a cozy lounge area for you to relax in and enjoy the Scottish hospitality, in front of the fire with a few drams of local whisky and some home made Scottish shortbread. The conservatory allows you to enjoy unspoiled views across the South Ayrshire countryside, towards the Isle of Arran. The country kitchen is fully stocked to provide you with a full Scottish breakfast in the morning, to set you up for your day ahead. Evening meals are also available, and we are pleased to offer you a choice from our coach house menu. A romantic 19th century coach house with beautiful courtyard. First used by Irish Monks as they arrived from Ireland. The lobby is small in size.
