Set on Route 2, this homey complex consists of a simple motel in a turn-of-the-century barn, plus an inn dating from the 1800s. It's 5.1 miles from the Sunday River Ski Resort and 7.2 miles from Mt. Abram.
The modest motel rooms offer fridges and microwaves, plus TVs and free WiFi. The 8 rooms in the inn are traditionally decorated and do not have TVs. All rooms in the complex have en suite bathrooms.
