The residence also has a breakfast room, a fitness room and a sauna. The residence is situated in Annemasse, a thriving town very close to the Swiss border and just 10 km from Geneva. Visitors to Annemasse appreciate its proximity to Lac Leman, Geneva and Mont Blanc. The ski resorts of the northern Alps are extremely accessible from here. The hotel has a breakfast room but no restaurant. There are, however, numerous restaurants to choose from in close proximity to the hotel. This is a brand new residence for 2005. It has a fenced garden and an underground car park for guest's use. The lobby of the residence is fairly spacious and modern with a reception area open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM .
