We offer luxury en-suite accommodation, fine food, golf breaks, weddings, functions, and much more in the charming coastal village of Powfoot near Annan in Dumfries and Galloway, South West Scotland. The original house, which was built in the 19th century as a private residence, has been modernised to create a stylish and comfortable hotel. There are wonderful views stretching for miles over the Solway Firth toward the Lakeland Hills. Most of the twenty-five bedrooms overlook the sea or Powfoot Championship Golf Course. Food is styled by our Head Chef, Andrew Kelso, and his team providing an ever-changing mix of traditional and modern in a seasonal main menu with daily 'specials'. He uses only the best local suppliers for meat, game, fish and shellfish. Informal dining is available in the Lounge Bar and Conservatory whilst the Restaurant and its piano bar provides something a little finer.
