Borgo San Carlo is a charming apartment complex situated in Santa Luce, about 3 km/1.9 miles from Pomaia. The property enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Tuscany, only 15 km/9.3 miles from the sea and just a short drive from the renowned Lama Tzong Khapa Buddhist monastery, where visitors from all over the world come on pilgrimage tours. Recently rebuilt over the ruins of an old alabaster factory, with great respect for the environment and using only natural materials, the Borgo San Carlo features comfortable holiday apartments, a wonderful outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, picnic area, bowling green, volley ball court, five-a-side pitch, table tennis, as well as several mountain bikes (to rent) for touring the surrounding countryside. A guest laundry room, with washing machines and ironing facilities, is also available on the premises.
