The apartment complex is situated on the north coast of Sardinia, in Santa Teresa Gallura, an ancient fishing village of small stone houses, and near Bocce di Bonifacio, the strait which connects Sardinia with Corsica. It is about 400 m to one Rena Bianca, one of the many sandy and shingle beaches with beautiful water. The Rena Bianca received the ''blue flag'' due to the clear water. The town centre Santa Teresa is easily reached after 400 m. Olbia airport is 62 km away.
The complex comprises a total of 3 apartments, surrounded by complimentary parking spaces. For a small additional fee guests may reserve a garage.
