The apartments The Residences at Mar Menor Golf and Resort are located in the heart of the residential complex Mar Menor Golf Resort, all of them overlooking the Mar Menor 18 holes Golf Course. They have been designed by the prestigious architect Melvin Villaroel and they are based on his concept of architecture of the vacio where architecture and nature meet in a comprehensive design covering with a great garden area with exuberant vegetation in which the community swimming pool takes pride of place. Thanks to its proximity to main roads links, near to the best beaches of the region, 5 kms from all the sport water offer of Mar Menor and very closed to nature reserve and tourist tours make of this resort a privilege place where combine relax with leisure and activities. Pets are allowed with a maximum weight of 8 Kl, with an extra fee of 5 per day. Pets are not allowed in the commun areas and in apartments situated in the ground floor.
