More on Gibraltar .

Things to do
At less than seven square kilometres, much of what you'll see in Gibraltar can be visited on foot, however cable cars and boats are a necessity in seeing some of the greatest sights. Catch a cable car to Upper Rock where you'll meet the mischievous Barbary apes. Alternatively, join an organised boat trip to see the native dolphins and marine wildlife.

Shopping
Gibraltar is a haven for shopping, with the main street resembling a high-street from any British city as many of the well-known stores are found here. Tax-free shopping makes purchases such as cosmetics, tobacco and electronics highly desirable. Alternatively, visit the Crystal Factory for local arts and craft items.

Dining
Casemates Square has a number of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants, which are ideal for taking in the sun and watching the world go by. Around the marinas, you'll find more exotic restaurants serving local seafood and hearty paella. Try a local speciality - lamb kebabs cooked over coals with a delicious spinach tart.
