This three story, classically designed condominium offers you the chance to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with nothing but the peaceful sea breeze outside your windows. The inviting pool is complete with a hot tub and showers for a sand-free retreat. Wireless Internet available at the office during designated hours. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. Summer Breeze offers free seasonal beach service and the FunTastic program. Child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the onsite agent. Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10am. Persons under 25 without a legal guardian cannot rent units. Reservations made under false pretenses are void and subject to eviction. Evictions will forfeit all payments.
