Q. As a hotel owner how do I control room availability on Gohotels?
A. Gohotels.com is a price comparison and review website, we do not sell rooms directly on our website but refer customers to suppliers such as expedia to book a room. As a hotel owner you control your room availability with expedia. If you have allocated rooms to expedia your property will show up in the search results on Gohotels.

Q. Is expedia the only supplier Gohotels gets room availability from?
A. No. Room allocation is derived from multiple sources such as accorhotels, agoda, amoma, asiatravel, ctrip, evoline, ebookers, getaroom, homestay, hotelpedia, hotelquicky, hotelsclick, hrs, prestiga, skoosh, superbreak, zenhotels and many more.

Q. How will I be informed if I receive a booking?
A. You will be informed in the usual manner from your supplier.

Q. When I perform a search for my hotel I am advised that no rooms are available on a particular date but rooms actually are available, how do I correct this?
A. Update your room availability with your suppliers. Gohotels gets room availability from suppliers, if you don't allocate any rooms to your supplier for a particular date they will inform the search system on gohotels that no rooms are available for that particular date.

Q. How do I update my hotel details on Gohotels?
A. Please email your best 10 photos, description and facilities list to the email address below. Please include the exact webpage of the listing you want to update in your email.

Q. I would like to advertise on Gohotels, how do I add my hotel?
A. There are 3 types of listings on Gohotels.com, a free search box listing, a free website directory listing and a paid website directory listing. A free search box listing will refer customers to suppliers who collect commission for confirmed bookings. A free / paid directory listing will refer customers to your website commission free.

Q. What is a free search box listing and how do I get one for my Hotel / B&B?
A. A free search box listing refers to any page appearing after the customer has entered their arrival and departure dates into the search box. Under all circumstances the customer will be prompted to book with a supplier. The supplier will process the booking in the usual manner and commission will be collected in the usual manner. A free search box listing is a great way to increase your advertising exposure from an existing source. It is not possible to request a free search box listing. Your listing will appear on an automated basis when you allocate rooms to your suppliers.

Q. What is a free website directory listing and how do I get one?
A. A free website directory listing is a page on Gohotels.com with photographs and a description of your Hotel / B&B plus a link back to your website. If the customer clicks on the link and books direct from your website no commission is collected and all of the revenue generated from the booking is collected by your hotel. The customer also has the option of entering their arrival and departure dates into the search box to book with a supplier. To apply for a free website directory listing please click here. Q. What is a paid website directory listing and how do I get one?
A. A paid website directory listing is a page on Gohotels.com with photographs and a description of your Hotel / B&B plus a link back to your website. If the customer clicks on the link and books direct from your website no commission is collected and all of the revenue generated from the booking is collected by your hotel. The customer also has the option of entering their arrival and departure dates into the search box to book with a supplier.
