By accepting this Agreement, you agree that Gohotels.com may change and / or update its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time without specific notice to you. If you do not agree to the changes proposed by Gohotels.com, or to any part of this privacy policy, your sole and exclusive remedy is not to access www.gohotels.com.

Privacy Policy

No personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, credit card number, email address or telephone number) is collected from you when you use Gohotels.com.

We do use cookies to collect details such as your browser type and screen size, type of operating system, access time and geographical location. This information is studied on an aggregated basis so that we can improve our service to you.

Terms of Use

We do not process bookings however we will recommend trusted third party companies who can process a booking for you. When you find a suitable deal you can click on a link and you will be re-directed to a third party website. When you navigate away from Gohotels.com, third party sites will have their own Privacy Policy and this Policy will no longer apply.

Definitions:

Property - This refers to any property such as a Hotel, Hostel, B&B, Guesthouse, Self Catering Property, Inn, Castle or any other "property" which is advertised on Gohotels.com

Customer - This refers to any person who may use the website www.gohotels.com to find suitable accommodation.

Third Party Offering - This means the goods and services offered by a third party.

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you, the customer and Gohotels.com. This Agreement governs the access and use of www.gohotels.com. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS www.gohotels.com.

Access to www.gohotels.com is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of this Agreement.

Information that is displayed on Gohotels.com relating to a particular property

Gohotels.com does not does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of information published in the website relating to any particular property.

Gohotels.com does NOT

1. Process bookings.
2. Collect any information about the customer.
3. Collect the customer's credit card information.
4. Collect the customer's booking dates.
5. Record the property where the customer intends to stay.
6. Forward any information about the customer to the property. (Because it has not been collected).
7. Forward any information about the customer to anybody else. (Because it has not been collected).

Gohotels.com DOES
1. Display basic information about properties (such as location, facilities, directions, sleeping capacity).
2. Recommend the customer via a link to Third Party Offerings.

For the customers convenience the Gohotels.com website contains links to other websites (Third Party Offering) who can process the booking for a particular property. Such websites are not under the control of Gohotels.com and Gohotels.com is not responsible for any booking or transaction that the customer may process through a Third Party.

Customers will be subject to additional and / or different terms, conditions, and privacy policies when using the service offered by a Third Party. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the booking conditions offered by the Third Party.

Gohotels.com is not and will not be responsible for (1) the terms and conditions of any transaction between you and any Third Party, (2) the quality of services performed by any such Third Party or any other legal liability arising out of or related to the performance of such Third Party. In the event that you have a dispute with any Third Party, you release Gohotels.com from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

You indemnify us from and against all costs, claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages and loss caused by your use of the Information or any part of the Information for any purpose other than the Permitted Purpose.

You must verify the accuracy of the Information before accepting or using any Third Party Offering.

You assume all risk in connection with your use of the Website and the Information; and acceptance and use of any Third Party Offering.

We do not warrant the accuracy, quality, completeness, or reliability of the Website, the Information on the website or any Third Party Offering, that the Website and the Information will be error free, virus free, uninterrupted or free from unauthorised use or hackers.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the sum of €50.

We will not in any circumstances be liable for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect loss or damage.

A printed version of this Agreement shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

General
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Gohotels.com failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Gohotels.com shall have the right to freely assign this agreement, and its rights and obligations hereunder, to any third party without requiring the consent or notice of you. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between Gohotels.com and you with respect to the subject matter hereof.

All materials and information including the property listings and descriptions of individual properties published on the Gohotels.com website as well as the organization and layout of the website are owned and copyrighted or licensed by Gohotels.com. All rights reserved. No reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the copyrighted materials of the website is permitted without the written permission of Gohotels.com. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

SPAM
"SPAM" is defined as unsolicited bulk email that includes advertisements or solicitations, commercial or otherwise, regardless of content. Without exception, Gohotels.com prohibits the practice of mass-mailing unwanted e-mail solicitations of any type, regardless of content, and will take action to prevent this practice
Gohotels.com considers most instances of unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM) to be a theft of services and reserve the right to prosecute originators of same in a court of law. Gohotels.com reserves the right to collect damages (software, hardware, and man hours) if any harm is done to Gohotels.com network or equipment that requires repair or reconfiguration of any kind. If deemed appropriate by Gohotels.com you will be billed not less than 500 Euro per individual complaint received by Gohotels.com

Gohotels.com reserves the right to take any additional action. Gohotels.com considers appropriate with respect to such conduct, including without limitation taking action to recover costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from Gohotels.com network or systems.

Independent Review
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED ALL ASPECTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE DESIRABILITY OF ENTERING INTO THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND IS NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
