A. No. Go Hotels is a price comparison website, we do not process booking ourselves however we have many partner websites who can process a booking for you.

Q. I have a question about a booking, who should I contact?
A. We recommend that you contact the customer service department of the website that you are considering to book your room with.

Q. I have a question about a booking that I have already made / How do I cancel my booking?
A. You should contact the customer service department of the website that you have booked your room with.

Q. I can't remember who I booked my room with, what should I do?
A. If you can't remember who you booked your room with please check your email, internet history and credit card transactions. Trying another search for your hotel may also help you find which website your booking has been made with.
