In a stone property above shops on the main street, this casual town centre hostel is a block from the shores of Lake Wakatipu and 2 blocks from the edge of Ben Lomond Scenic Reserve.
Colourful rooms are either shared dorms with bunk beds, or private rooms; some have en suite bathrooms. Linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.
Communal areas include a kitchen (offering complimentary tea/coffee), a shared computer, and a living room with a fireplace, a PlayStation, a Wii and a flat-screen TV. There's also a dining room and 2 balconies. Compact video cameras and bikes are available to borrow. Ski and snowboard hire is offered.
