Borgovivo The Farm is located at the center of Umbria, in a valley surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods, in an ideal place to spend days in peace, to regenerate the mind and body being in contact with nature. The farm, located in a truly strategic in terms of art-historical, is located near the ancient village of Torre del Colle Turris Castrum Collis, an ancient medieval fiefdom instead of 250 m which has kept the medieval atmosphere thanks to its massive rectangular structure made of sandstone, and near the town of Bevagna, a small pretty village situated on a hill and surrounded by a fertile plain which preserves testimonies of Roman and medieval, including the wonderful central square and the circuit of fortified walls of the first century BC The Farm Borgovivo is the result of a complete renovation of an old farmhouse in 1843, the center of a vast area of great historical and wine. The structure is composed of 10 rooms made of chestnut wood beams, stone walls inside, wooden ceilings and terracotta tiles, wrought iron beds and supplied with services and heating. Two of these rooms are furnished with antique Umbrian and bathrooms with whirlpool tubs. Land of Sagrantino, here is a taste for everything: from the food, the definition of space possible to work across the weekend, there is one common denominator. What is it? Simplicity. The best weapon, the only source of inspiration that always wins and conquers all, even the most reluctant. And then, this nature, as not to be fascinated? So it appears, seen from the outside, with various buildings and roof levels. He has the momentum and elegance of a private home whose doors open to welcome those who want to know something more of this area in the heart of Umbria. During leisure, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool (30x15 meters) and the chance to walk through the woods hiking or mountain bike to enjoy a close campaign. Around the farmhouse lies the homonymous farm about 20 hectares, where they are cultivated grapes, olives, fruit trees, and raised sheep and cattle. Hence the production of excellent wines like the famous Sagrantino di Montefalco and Rosso di Montefalco, but also of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and great jams.
