The Podere is situated in a hilly landscape on the outskirts of Collevecchio (450 yards above sea level) and 31.1 miles from Rome (30min with car or train). The swimming pool with 2 showers (hot water) is for exclusive use of the guests and it is in panoramic position among oleander, palm and citrus trees. It has been totally renovated and consists of a main villa with 2 of our apartments, the owner's apartment and several outbuildings where there are 2 more of our apartments.
In the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, you will find facilities like a TV and a washing machine. There is a terrace with terrace furniture and view of the swimming pool and the garden.
For shared use there is an outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 14 m, opened from 31-05 to 26-09. There is a shower and toilet in the pool area. Parking space is available in the grounds.
Within 50 yards you can find several restaurants and a supermarket. The bus stop is in 100 yards and the railway station of Collevecchio is 2.5 miles away from the accommodation.
