Composed of 120 T1 to T3 flats, the residence was built in 2008 and is faithful to the quality charter of the national chain to which is belongs. It combines charm and modernity and offers guests use of a wide range of facilities. Some of the amenities provided include air conditioning, a lobby, a breakfast room, a laundry service and a car park. The reception desk opening hours are from Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturdays: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The desk is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. In July and August from Monday to Friday the desk is open at the following times: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturdays: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Check in time is from 3:00 pm. Check out time is until 10:30 am.
