The Athens Lotus Hotel is a four-star hotel, renovated in 2009. It is a historic neoclassical building in the centre of Athens within walking distance from the business and commercial zone of the city. The hotel is only 30 metres away from the metro station in Metaxourgeio. The area belongs to the historical centre of Athens. By using the metro one have quick access to all major destinations in town. Only five minutes from the hotel one can find the Acropolis with the Erechtheum, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Ancient Market and the National Archaeological Museum. Within five minutes walk is the train, bus and suburban railway stations which lead one quickly to the aeroport and ports.
