Set in the most beautiful of rural settings Brookhall Gate Lodge Cottages are three residences finished to the highest standard while maintaining a traditional period character. Comfortable living rooms are finished with period open fireplaces ideal for burning logs available from the farm. Residents have the option of either oil or solid-fuel central heating. Floors are tiled throughout with attractive tradional designs. Both properties feature spacious and fully fitted kitchen-dinettes, bathrooms with bath and walk-in shower and utility rooms. Brookhall Cottages are located in the grounds of brookhall Historical Farm. The 400 year old farmhouse is set in rural surroundings with gardens, country walks and a former historical 12th Century church available for weddings and special occasions. The visitors can enjoy the farm animals (including some rare breeds) and the on-site trout fishery.
