Yala Village is an eco friendly chalet hotel in Yala wildlife sanctuary, Sri Lanka. Yala Village is situated at Kirinda, bordering the Yala Wildlife Sanctuary and the Indian Ocean, on the southernmost tip of Sri Lanka. Spanning 10 acres of jungle and endless miles of beach, the Yala Village is truly a nature resort of untamed beauty and unmatched luxury.
Yala Village comprises a number of chalets scattered across 10 acres of mixed evergreen forest and typical dry zone vegetation. Step out into the jungle from your luxury chalet to watch the elephants walking by or the illusive leopard sunning itself on the rocky outcrop close by.
A pool bar, swimming pool, restaurant with a birds-ns eye view and an observation deck are also made available for the guests. Since Yala Village respects the laws of nature, the Asian elephant, the illusive leopard, spotted deer, wild boar and numerous varieties of birds are frequent visitors at the village.
Each luxurious air-conditioned chalet features an animal design element in its interior d 'cor thus creating a unique atmosphere. Deer, monkey and peacock themed chalets are painted in vibrant colours to please the eye. Suite Julian, which is the epitome of luxury, is available for the discerning wildlife enthusiast.
