In a fantastic location this spacious luxurious 3 star, 2 bedroom apartment has a stunning sea view from the balcony towards the Coastguard Station and is situated 200 yards from the coastal path and sun-bleached sands of Porthminster Beach, the town and harbour. This apartment has an added bonus of a lock-away safe garage parking which is unique in St. Ives, and is complete with a conservatory, balcony and a sun-trapped courtyard to sit outside to enjoy those warm summer evenings. We sleep 4 people in comfort, one double and one twin bedded room and have the luxury of slate and oak floors with newly fitted bathroom and kitchen. We are open all year and have central heating for your comfort, and gas, electric, bed linen, kitchen towels, parking and welcome goodies are all included in the price.
