All reservations booked for this period will be subject to the following conditions. All reservations are to be prepaid in full by February 20th, 2011. This includes all room charges and applicable taxes. Any cancellation must be received by February 20, 2011. A valid credit card is need to reserve a guest room during this date. All credit cards used to reserve the room or rooms will be charged for the entire guest stay on February 20, 2011. This applies to multiple room reservations utilizing the same card for deposit guarantee. All credit cards that decline will be notified via telephone and have 3 business days to provide an alternate method of payment. If a method of payment is not supplied within the window, the reservation will be cancelled. No partial cancellation after February 20th, 2011
