Dunlay House is ideally situated in a very quaint leafy conservation area, within a few minutes' walk of both the town centre and the seafront. Both the bus station and the railway station are only a few minutes' walk from the house. We are situated approximately ten minutes by car from Glasgow Prestwick International Airport and roughly a half an hour from Glasgow International Airport. We are also fairly close to both ferry terminals and all National Rail Links. Dunlay House, has recently been refurbished, with 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms we are positive you will enjoy your stay. All rooms are equipped with Digital Colour Televisions and Tea & Coffee Making Facilities. Dunlay house is literally a stone's throw away from the historic ST Johns Tower, which Cromwell commandeered in 1315 and where the 1st parliament was convened when Robert the Bruce was officially crowned. St John's Tower is one of Ayrshire's true historic sites being the oldest Kirk in Ayr. For those seeking an active holiday there is plenty of golf, angling, cycling, horse riding ,walking and hiking on offer within Ayrshire. Ayrshire boasts over 30 golf courses and is home to many championship courses, the world famous Troon Old Prestwick and Turnberry.
