Location. Emerald Isle is a high rise condominium resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola, Fla. Downtown Pensacola, offering nightlife, restaurants, and specialty and antique shopping, is less than eight miles away. Fort Pickens State Park, just three miles from the resort, offers a two historical forts constructed during the Civil War, and Pensacola's bustling boardwalk is just one half mile walk.
Features. This 16 story resort is just 100 yards from the water, and offers specialty amenities including two pools (one seasonally heated) separated by a bridge and a gulf side fitness room with a universal weight unit, treadmill and a stair climber. A dry sauna and hot tub are also available. Complimentary parking is provided.
Guestrooms. Emerald Isle offers 1,200 square foot condominium style guestrooms with furnished gulf front balconies and kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffeemakers, and cookware/dishes. Condos are decorated with ceramic tiles, designer interiors, gulf view floor to ceiling windows. In unit washers and dryers are included. Cable televisions, DVD players, and VCRs are standard, and high speed Internet access is complimentary in the guestrooms.
Expert Tip. Many guests can see stingrays swim up to the shore from their ocean view balconies.
