Florida Villas Direct offers beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath fully furnished homes with a private swimming pool located in a gated community. Each unit is equipped with a work area with Internet connection, TVs and DVD players. All homes are over 2,000 spacious square feet. Please note, front desk hours Sunday 10am-9pm, Monday 8am-9pm, Tuesday-Saturday 8am-12am. Also note there is a housekeeping service fee, for a 2 bedroom USD 65. 00, for a 3 bedroom USD 75. 00. Housekeeping schedule is from 9am to 4pm. Fees for stays of 5 nights or less are as follows - USD 65. 00 for the 3 bedroom, USD 75. 00 for the 4 bedroom, USD 90. 00 for the 5 bedroom and USD 105. 00 for the 6 bedroom. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. You must be 21 years old and have a valid photo I. D. and a major credit card for a 300. 00 USD security deposit upon check-in. Sunday 10 am-9 pm, Monday 8 am-12 am, Tuesday-Saturday 8 am-12 am for after hours check-in information.
