This former 16th century coaching inn still retains many of its wonderful original features, with a cosy interior, original wooden beams and an inglenook fireplace. The hotel's original historic beauty does not compromise the standard of its accommodation. All of the recently refurbished rooms are en suite, with power showers, air conditioning and secondary glazing. The hotel is the perfect place to sample the renowned, good-quality food along with a glass of fine new world wine or a glass of real ale in front of a roaring fire. Conferences, meetings, weddings and also marquee functions up to 100 people, parties, are also catered for in the Georgian Suite. In addition we can offer great outside catering for any event. |
