This delightful 3 bedroom semi-detached apartment is in a central location in the heart of St. Albans 5 minutes from the town centre and 2 minutes walk form the Abbey Station which is a direct line to Watford Junction Station which is 18 minutes from London. The house is fully fitted with a designer kitchen which come fully equipped with oven/hob, integrated fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, and microwave. And of course all cutlery crockery cooking utensils toaster etc. The dining/morning room has glass top table and matching chairs and glass shelf unit. also a radio/cd player. The lounge has a bed setee and leather armchairs, glass coffee table,28 flat screen sky tv, dvd and wifi are standard. Gas central heating. For stays longer than 7 nights our housekeeper comes once a week to service with fresh towels bed linen and cleaning. The garden comes with table and chairs and bbq. On street parking and private parking space. Non smoking. A large bathroom on the first floor has a bath with shower. The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms both with a double beds and the other has a single bed. All 3 have wardrobes and bedside tables with lights and clock radio alarms. You will be met on arrival with comlimentary tea,coffee,milk, sugar biscuits and shower gel, and given a show around. You will receive a local map and explanation of the area. Junction 6 of the M1 (20 minutes from London) and Junction 20 of the M25 are both only a five-minute drive. Both Heathrow and Luton airports are about a 20-minute drive. We can arrange airport pick ups with our regular drivers at a competitive price.
