Charming and well kept holiday home. (ground floor. 100 yards) newly built in period style - traditional. wooden beamed ceilings and Tuscan terracotta tiles. It is nestled in the breathtaking Tuscan hills and surrounded by 30 yards of entirely walled-in land. Some of the grounds are planted with olive trees and in October and November you can gather the olives and follow the pressing process. From the opposite plain. you can see the well known Montecatini Terme at night this resembles a nativity scene. illuminated with coloured lights. There is an outside area equipped with oven. barbecue and private swimming pool (10 x 6 yards) which means you can enjoy alfresco dining next to the warmth of the fire.In close proximity you will find countless restaurants and traditional pizzerias. Many amenities are to be found just 3.1 miles away in Montecatini Terme: bars. nightclubs. shops. spas. etc.The house is also in an ideal base from which you can visit Florence. Pistoia.
