This detached holiday home with private swimming pool is located at La Marquesa Golf. on a hill between Rojales and Guardamar. on the Costa Blanca.Via a long or short stair. you can walk right on to the covered terrace and into the holiday home. The holiday home is nicely and completely furnished and has a colourful open kitchen with a small bar. where you can keep company while you cook. From the terrace. you walk right toward the private swimming pool via a stair. Enjoy the sun on one of the lounges while the children are playing in the swimming pool. or prepare a lovely meal on the barbeque.Have little or no experience with golf? No problem! La Marquesa Golf has a golf school where you can work on your technique. an 18 hole golf course. a clubhouse and a golf shop. You will find various restaurants. bars. supermarkets. shopping centres and various large weekly markets in the direct proximity. The centre of Rojales is located 1.9 miles metres away and Torrevieja is located 9.3 miles to the south. The closest beach is approx. 4.7 miles away from the holiday home in the resort of Guardamar del Segura. With its broad sandy beaches and charming boulevard. a visit to Guardamar del Segura is certainly worth the effort.
