Set in a wooden building dating from 1884 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this traditional inn is open seasonally. It's off US Route 23 and 6.8 miles from the Smoky Mountains Railroad.
The homey simple rooms are split between the historic main house and an exterior courtyard. The main house rooms have antique furnishings and period-style decor, and some have balconies. Courtyard rooms are more modern and come with TVs.
Full cooked breakfast is included. There's also a restaurant which specialises in Southern home cooking, a lobby with a TV, a tea room and porches with rocking chairs.
