All the Apartment Suites are similarly decorated to the rooms but have a seperate seating area as well as large covered terraces. The resort design is done to re-create a little Mediterranean Village in the Caribbean, where different buildings placed in different levels give the entire resort a very unique European flavor. Mariposa is surrounded by gardens that include a big variety of tropical palms, plants and flowers Mariposa Beach Resort is set on the hill across the Morne Rouge Bay and just a one minute walk from the world famous 'Grand Anse Beach'. All the tourist facilities, the shopping mall, pharmacy, Banks and stores are easily accessible by a brief walk. The capital St. George's is just two miles away and the airport is 1.5 miles from Mariposa. |
