Port Douglas Plantation Resort is a family run boutique style resort offering a mixture of one bedroom apartments and two bedroom (2 bathroom) villas. Our guests choose space and privacy, surrounded by four acres of cultivated lush tropical gardens. Expect a friendly laid-back, relaxed and welcoming home away from home atmosphere. Imagine relaxing by the pool with a cool drink from our Licensed Poolside Cafe and Bar, reading a book from the library or playing a game of Backgammon, while the kids entertain themselves safely with the activities in the pool area. For the more energetic there is always the full size tennis or volley ball court. Breakfast is served each morning from 7.30 to 9.00am undercover at the poolside Cafe and at night Cafe turns into a funky pizza / pasta bar ideal for groups, singles and families. Being 6km from Port Douglas village, Plantation Resort is ideal for children, perfect for families and a haven for couples that want to be at arms length from the hustle and bustle of town.
