In the heart of the Peneda-Geres National Park near Canicada is this ancient hunting lodge, now a Pousada. This is one of the nicest sceneries in Portugal. From the terrace one of the most impressive views of the Canicada dam
considered one of the most important wild life reserves.
The Pousada has a tennis court, swimming pool and esplanade. Visitors can go hiking in the park and the region is famous for its game hunting. 08/08 mp.
Is approached via a courtyard with gardens and swimming pool to the left, main building to the centre and rooms to the right. A typical country lodge in stone, wood and covered in creepers.

Medium in size and in excellent condition. Decor is simple lodge style with wooden floors, beamed ceilings with basic facilities.
