The lodge, in its beautiful setting on the outskirts of Junín de los Andes, has a welcoming warmth with its large and confortable rooms, the Fly Shop, the Club House, the Quincho, the Pool and the lovely grounds.
Our 500 square foot rooms can be reserved as single, double, or triple. All rooms have a large private bathroom. Rooms are fully carpeted and have individually controlled heating. Rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, telephone and minibar.
The Club House is the place where every morning you can enjoy the """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""Patagonic Breakfast"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" open from 7.30 to 10.00 every days, the Patagonic buffet is justifiably known as one of the best in the city. Almost anything you could wish for will be offered to you by our friendly staff, in our Club House. In summer, our small garden terrace is a delightful place to linger over coffee! Lunches and dinners can be ordered in advance and allow you to enjoy the home cooking of Rio Dorado Lodge and an extensive selection fine wine and other drinks.
The "The Asado" experience in Argentina is fun and very special, in The Rio Dorado Lodge excels in the service. It is prepared in a dedicated building, called the Quincho, with a spacious place to grill or roast in the traditional way on an open fire Once a week local specialties such as lamb, goat, pork or special beef are cooked for guests accompanied by salads and fine wines to complete the unique Argentine dining experience.
On the premises is also the Fly Shop where the fly fisherman will find the largest selection of both traditional and unique Patagonian flies in all of Patagonia plus other necessary equipment.
