Three miles outside Kirkcudbright, Star Hotel is a family-run bed and breakfast in the village of Twynholm. Dating back to the 18th-century, the hotel has its own bar and restaurant, and a garden with outdoor seating.
Each room has en suite bathroom facilities with shower and complementary toiletries. There is a TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities in the guest rooms, each of which has its own separate entrance.
