A beautifully converted open plan lodge with exposed beams, tastefully decorated in a 'New England' style. Fully fitted kitchen, ideal for self catering breaks. Super king sized bed which can be converted into twin beds, a double bed upstairs with extra living area, remote control colour televisions, DVD player, tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities, complimentary fruit, mineral water, hairdryer, ironing facilities, power shower, fan, clock radioalarm. A selection of magazines, playing cards and board games available. Full Sussex breakfast, AGA cooked using fresh, locally grown ingredients where possible and served in our sun room overlooking the garden. Private decking area on which to relax and view the stunning Sussex countryside. Ample secure off road parking. Pets welcome by arrangement. If you are visiting us for a special occasion, for an additional charge we can arrange for flowers, wine, champagne, chocolates to be waiting for you upon arrival.
