Open in March 1999, the Te Tiare Beach Resort is the most recent luxury hotel developed in Huahine, the Garden Island. This resort features 19 Garden, 6 Beach, 5 Lagoon and 11 Deep Overwater Bungalows all facing west for wonderful views of Raiatea and Taha'a islands as well as spectacular sunsets. The main building, which is home to the restaurant, bar, lounge and boutique, is also located over water with wonderful views on the enchanting lagoon. Each bungalow provides modern comfort in a Polynesian atmosphere, featuring air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee/tea facilities, mini bar, hair dryer, safety box, television, and IDD telephone. Overwater Bungalows also feature a bathtub Jacuzzi and a very spacious sundeck with direct access to the turquoise water of the lagoon.
