The subdued rooms, most with views of the Lakeland fells, come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screens, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Upgraded rooms add seating areas.
There's an elegant restaurant serving complimentary cooked breakfast, plus evening meals (surcharge). Lunch and afternoon tea is served in the scenic conservatory or in the fireside lounge bar.
