The villa is located in the tranquil development Madre del Agua . just outside the charming fishing village Sanlúcar de Barrameda. on the Costa de la Luz. The centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda is 1.2 miles away. where you can do lots of shopping. Wide sandy beaches are also 1.2 miles away and the airport of Jerez de la Frontera is 18.6 miles away. The gorgeous city of Seville. with its own airport. is at 74.6 miles. Sanlúcar de Barrameda is a synonym for tradition and gastronomy in Spain. The city is located on the Costa de la Luz. where the river Guadalquivir meets the Atlantic Ocean. Accross the river you will find the National nature park Doñana. Europes largest protected nature area. Together with Jerez de la Frontera and el Puerto de Santa Maria. Sanlúcar forms the so-called sherry triangle. Sanlúcar is mainly known for the manzanilla. This is a type of sherry wine which perfectly suits seafood which is daily brought into harbour in this fishing town.The inhabitants of Sanlúcar are famous for their hospitality and friendliness. The more than 100 restaurants and bars of the town (60.000 inhabitants) are open all year round thanks to its climate and size. Sanlúcar is also famous for flamenco - besides gastronomy.
