Lexington is a city in Lafayette County, in the US state of Kentucky. It is popularly known as "The Horse Capital", as this is where so many derby winners have been bred. One of the most popular places in the area is the Kentucky Horse Park, a huge stud farm that excels at breeding thoroughbreds.
